REO, yeni N CNW serilerinin tanıtımıyla Edge-Winding teknolojisini seri üretime daha da yaklaştırıyor. 2021’den itibaren mevcut CNW serileri kademeli olarak yeni N CNW modelleriyle değiştirilecek. Önceki modellerle karşılaştırıldığında, filtreler ve bobinler %10’a kadar daha küçük olabiliyor. Bu sadece yerden tasarruf sağlamakla kalmıyor, aynı zamanda daha az malzeme kullanımıyla kaynakları koruyor ve toplam ağırlığı azaltıyor. Bu özellikle kentsel mobilitenin elektrifikasyonu gibi alan ve ağırlığın önemli kriterler olduğu zorlu projeler için önemlidir. REO bileşenleri, bu ve diğer zorlu uygulamalar için IP66’ya kadar yüksek koruma sınıflarıyla sipariş edilebilir. Genel olarak, yeni standart müşteriye özel isteklere veya daha yüksek şok ve titreşim gereksinimleri gibi daha yüksek gereksinimlere her zaman uyarlanabilir.
Daha küçük, daha hafif, daha güvenli – ve daha az güç mü? Yeni N CNW serileri söz konusu olduğunda durum böyle değil. REO, boyutları ve kütleyi azaltmasına rağmen bobinlerin ve filtrelerin performansını daha da artırmayı başardı. Güç kaybı %25’e kadar azaltılabildi. Bu teknik ilerleme, işletme maliyetlerini önemli ölçüde düşürüyor.
REO, yeni tasarımların avantajlarının yanı sıra hızlı teslimat süreleri de vaat ediyor. Bu sayede REO özellikle yenilikçi ürünler geliştiren veya değişen koşullar nedeniyle planlanan ürünlerini zamanında yüksek performanslı REO ürünleriyle donatmak isteyen üreticileri hedefliyor.
